'Lady Bug' is one of the shorter varieties of pitcher plants, and has beautiful red-topped pitchers with highly contrasting spots, which cause the pitchers to look like a ladybug. It is a hybrid produced at UNCC, and is one of the 'Bug Series.' When grown in bright light, the tops of the pitchers turn deep red, and they produce LOTS of deep red flowers in the spring...fantastic! Medium plants are near-flowering size, and come ready to grow in 4-inch pots.
