petflytrap.com offers the following Returns Policy:

All plants are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy. We cannot be responsible for what happens to your plant beyond arrival. Because of this, all live plant return requests must be made within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Return requests received after this time period will not be honored. Plants must be returned at customer's expense, and the returned items must be shipped within 48 hours of our authorization. Once the returned plant(s) have been received by petflytrap, you may elect to 1) have us send you a replacement plant; or 2) use the purchase price of the plant(s) toward any alternate store merchandise. We do not refund shipping and handling charges, since these charges are used to pay for the shipment of your order.
