There are a number of spatulate-leaved sundews that can become somewhat weedy (but beautiful!) in carnivorous plant nurseries; Drosera spatulata, D. x tokaiensis, and hybrids between the two commonly distribute their dust-like seeds into many of the Sarracenia pots in our collection. We have decided that while we sometimes include them in the pots in which they are growing, we have PLENTY to be able to offer them as a generic 'Spatulate-leaved Sundew'! These are obviously very easy to grow. What an excellent starter sundew! Wonderful for catching small flying insects like fungus gnats and fruit flies too! PLEASE NOTE that since these are mixed forms from unknown parents, they might not look exactly as shown in the photograph. All our plants are shipped potted to reduce stress, capable of catching their own food, and ready to grow, so all you need to do is keep them watered.
