Heliamphora uncinata is found on Amuri Tepui (tabletop mountains of Brazil and Guyana). The pitchers of this species are similar to many other species. However, the burgundy-red nectar spoons are quite unique. The species name uncinata means 'hooked', and refers to the fact that each spoon has a wicked-looking hook on the front. Neat! We have a few in stock now, but these are likely to sell quick; and it will be quite some time before we can get more. Get one while we have them! All our plants are shipped potted and ready to grow, not bareroot as you might find with many other suppliers.
