Named for Diana Cantley of Borneo Exotics, it combines Nepenthes ampullaria (giving this plant its tubby, bright red pitchers and clumping ground pitchers) and N. sibuyanensis x ventricosa (giving the plant its ease of growth, long tendrils, and hanging habit). The end result is a plant that has brilliant red pitchers hanging all around the plant; EXCELLENT for hanging baskets! Since it is a hybrid between multiple species, this plant exhibits wonderful hybrid vigor, and tolerates a wider temperature and humidity range than many other Nepenthes; SWEET!
