This is a new easy-to-grow mass-market cultivar from Borneo Exotics, and will make huge pitchers when mature! It combines Nepenthes ventricosa (known for being very easy to grow and producing lots of bright red, nicely 'waisted' pitchers) and N. robcantleyi (HIGHLY sought-after for its MASSIVE pitchers and wide, flaring peristomes!). The end result is a plant that has huge, brilliant red pitchers with wide peristomes; EXCELLENT! Since it is a hybrid between multiple species, this plant exhibits wonderful hybrid vigor as well, and tolerates a wider range of temperatures and humidities than many other Nepenthes; SWEET! As with all our plants, these are shipped potted and ready to grow, not bareroot as you find with many other suppliers.
