These are beauties, and we know of no other source for these! This clone of TRUE Nepenthes alata (not the ones inaccurately called 'alata' in the common nurseries) produces some of the nicest, deepest red pitchers of all the clones of this species. We have tried to take some photos of our plant, as well as a thumbnail photo from EP (no larger image available), but they just don't do it justice. When Exotica Plants even HAD this one available (which has been many years ago!), they described it as having '...totally dark red lower pitchers, and pink upper pitchers'. Talk about impressive! Only a few of these are available, and it will likely be some time before we can produce more of these again; get this one while we have it! All our plants are shipped potted and ready to grow to reduce stress, not bareroot as you might find elsewhere. Ready to grow and enjoy!
