This brand new cross promises to be nothing short of stunning! The female parent is Nepenthes burkei, which has a superficial resemblance to the hourglass-shaped pitchers of Nepenthes ventricosa, and is just as easy to grow but with beautiful red and green speckling. Couple this with the goblet shaped, wine-colored pitchers of the EXTREMELY RARE (and somewhat challenging to grow successfully) Nepenthes flava, and we can virtually guarantee these won't last for long! These are SEED-GROWN plants too, so there will be male and female plants in the mix.
