This cross is nothing short of stunning, and our personal favorite hamata hybrid! The female parent is one of BE's unnamed clones of Nepenthes burkei, which has a wonderful superficial resemblance to the shape and patterning found on Nepenthes hamata. Couple this with the wicked toothed peristome of the EXTREMELY RARE (and very challenging to grow successfully) Nepenthes hamata (BE's item BE-3280 from Sulawesi), and we can virtually guarantee you will be impressed! In our opinion, these are the closest hybrid in appearance to pure Nepenthes hamata that's been produced thus far, and much easier to grow. These are CUTTINGS too, so they should all appear much as you see here. All our plants are shipped potted and ready to grow to reduce stress, not bareroot as you find with many other suppliers.
