For those who like pitchers with WICKEDLY TOOTHY peristomes and candy-striping to boot, this should be a good one! Nepenthes hamata is highly sought after due to its wickedly toothed peristome, and is occasionally available in cultivation. And the clones of Nepenthes veitchii are nothing short of stunning. Imagine the possibilities...two species that have very different but also VERY desirable traits, combined into one easier-to-grow plant! This particular cross of these two iconic species is unique, in that it combines a N. hamata from Gunung Tambusisi (not as common in cultivation as the Gunung Lumut form) and a LOWLAND-growing form of N. veitchii from Sungai Samba. So these should grow in an even WIDER range of temperatures and conditions! Please note that there are many clones in the mix, so they will all look different; but this also means there are male and female clones too!
