Description

This is one of our favorite Nepenthes species! This Nepenthes rafflesiana clone comes from the area near Bako, in western Sarawak, and has some of the largest pitchers for this species. Beautifully sculptured, tubby pitchers on the end of each leaf are light green, and so liberally speckled with reddish spots that they look more red than green. And while we can't guarantee what the plants will look like as they mature, some of these have wonderful heavily candy-striped peristomes as well! Adult plants can be well over two feet across, with pitchers up to a foot tall and as big around as a baseball! All our plants are shipped potted and ready to grow to reduce stress, not bareroot as you find with some other suppliers.
