The picture says it all; this is one awesome hybrid. Nepenthes spathulata is well-known for its ease of growth, large pitchers, and nice overall coloration. Couple this with the rounded shape and solid red pitcher coloration of Nepenthes gymnamphora, and you get a wonderful hybrids with large, darkly-colored pitchers. These are rooted cuttings from our own specimen plant too, and selected for its vigor!
