This is a STUNNING hybrid for those who like pitchers with WICKEDLY TOOTHY peristomes! Nepenthes veitchii is highly sought after due to its widely flaring peristome, and is uncommonly available in cultivation. But Nepenthes edwardsiana is arguably the most sought-after Nepenthes species in cultivation. BOTH of these species are known for being somewhat difficult to grow due to their need for cooler temperatures, especially at night. But the HYBRID between the two has wonderful hybrid vigor, and thus far has done extremely well for us in intermediate conditions. Imagine...two species that combine to produce pitchers with wide, TOOTHY peristomes, and in one easier-to-grow plant! NOTE that the photos we have shown are of a M/L sized specimen, and only show the beginning of what these pitchers will look like on an adult plant. WOW! Only a couple are available, and we have no idea when we may have these again! All our plants are shipped potted and ready to grow to reduce stress, not bareroot as you find with many other suppliers.
