PRE-LABOR DAY ONLINE SALE, & IN-PERSON CURBSIDE SALE AUGUST 31!!

While we are currently having some of the hottest weather thus far this summer, the extended forecast calls for a slight cooling for the Labor Day weekend. What better time for some sales! We don't want to discriminate between our local and out-of-town friends, so we're going to have a sale for BOTH!

For our friends who want to order and have their items shipped, we are offering a week-long PRE-Labor Day Sale of 15% OFF ALL regularly-priced plants in our huge inventory. This sale begins now and runs through Wednesday, August 28; and since we are updating our inventory over the next few days (our Butterwort and Companion Plants categories are already updated), this is a great opportunity to get the best selection at the best prices!

To celebrate Labor Day, we are having an IN-PERSON SALE too! We understand that many local customers would prefer to shop and/or pick up some wonderful and unique plants directly from us, instead of having USPS ship them to your address. So here's your chance! PetFlyTrap.com is excited to announce an opportunity for local customers to enjoy CURBSIDE SHOPPING on Saturday, August 31 from 9 A.M. TO 4 P.M.!!

While the growing areas will not be open to the public, our in-person sales offer us the opportunity to try and have an excellent selection of our beautiful and unique carnivorous plants available for you to pick and choose from. And this will also allow you to get answers from the experts for any and all questions you might have! Our offerings at this rare event will include some never-before offered selections from our personal collections, which will likely include some single specimens of many rarely (if ever) available plants. We also have some specimen-size Sarracenia that are not suitable for shipping, but will be available POTTED at this sale. For example, have you ever even heard of Sarracenia 'Krampas Bite'? ;-)  A winning option! 

We also understand that some customers might have specific items they would like to get while they are shopping. We will have a great selection, but there is just no way to have every single item in every single size available at the curbside sale. With this in mind, we encourage you to place an advance order to ensure you get everything that you want to get, and still avoid the USPS shipping charges! Here's how to place your order:

Please read this entire paragraph for complete details.To take advantage of the Curbside Pickup option, we request that you place your order no later than Thursday, August 29, so we have the time to prepare your plants. Place your order as you would normally do. PLEASE NOTE that the CURBSIDE PICKUP AUGUST 31 shipping option seems to be working sporadically; please place your order using USPS Priority Mail as the shipping option, and note in the Order Comments CURBSIDE PICKUP AUGUST 31. We will then manually remove/refund the shipping charges from your payment. You will then receive an Order Confirmation e-mail, and we will have your items ready for pickup on the 31st. We apologize for this glitch in the Curbside Pickup shipping option...this seems to be an issue on the server side of our website, which we do not control. ORDERS MUST BE PICKED UP AUGUST 31!
