Description

If you're looking for an uncommon non-carnivorous addition to a larger terrarium or just an very neat house plant, Philodendron gigas is an excellent choice. The leaves are superb in shape and color, with rich deep green spear-shaped leaves with thick, lighter-colored veins. While it gets larger than some other Philodendrons, it is by no means the largest, and it grows fairly fast as well. A nice addition! Note that these are well-rooted cuttings from our own mother plants, potted and ready to grow. These plants prefer moist but not wet soil, and low to medium light conditions.
