While most CP enthusiasts still refer to the 'ANPA' clones by these designations, it is now understood that these are simply different clones of Pinguicula moranensis...similar in nomenclature to the clones known as 'moranensis G', 'moranensis J', etc. ANPA-A is also known as Pinguicula moranensis 'near Eloxochitlan, Hidalgo, Mexico'. It is a larger-growing clone of this wonderful species, with wonderful hues and colors! This is a neat and easy to grow butterwort, and can get about 5 inches in diameter when fully mature. As is typical of Pinguicula moranensis clones, the leaves are very rounded, and get a nice pinkish patterning on them in good lighting. Flowers are white with a violet center. All our plants are shipped potted to reduce stress. Ready to grow for you...just water and enjoy!
