We describe this one as being 'cute as a button', and for good reason. Pinguicula esseriana is one of the smallest, most beautiful butterworts we grow. In fact, adult plants are just over an inch in diameter, and the younger plants that we offer are nowhere near this size yet. But what they lack in size, they make up for on looks! Adult plants have dozens of geometrically-arranged smaller, more rounded leaves that can get a pink blush in good lighting. A cute, smaller-sized butterwort to start out a collection! As with almost all of the Pinguicula we offer, this is a neat and easy to grow smaller butterwort. All our plants are shipped potted to reduce stress. Ready to grow for you...just water and enjoy!
