Description

If you like plants with stunning colors, look no further...this hybrid of two phenomenal species is simply breathtaking! It is a medium-sized butterwort that arguably gets more colorful than any other Pinguicula hybrid we stock. We propagate two distinct clones of this hybrid, and this one (Clone 2) seems to have leaves that are slightly darker and longer than our 'Clone 1'. As with all butterworts, the leaves are covered with sticky mucilage, and can trap scores of small fungus gnats, midges, no-see-ums, etc. (as you can see for yourself on the leaves in the photo!). All our plants are shipped potted to reduce stress, and are ready to grow and start catching insects right away.
