This one really seems to handle the heat...and it shapely too! It is a hybrid of Sarracenia minor and Sarracenia alata, and shares characteristics of both species. The pitchers are taller and have less pronounced white fenestrations (spots) than Sarracenia minor, as you would expect from a hybrid with Sarracenia alata. We have found this one does very well even in the hot Texas sun. Slender medium-tall pitchers with gracefully curving neck and lightly speckled hoods. We only have a few that we've produced from our own plants, so get one of these while we even have them! Unless otherwise specified, all our plants are shipped potted and ready to grow to reduce stress!
