A new addition to the PetFlyTrap product line! Bladderworts (Utricularia) are carnivorous plants that produce bladder-shaped traps that suck in small prey items. There are both aquatic and terrestrial species. generally speaking, aquatic species can be grown in something as simple as a bucket of pond water, while terrestrial bladderworts such as this one are wonderful additions to any carnivorous plant collection; and can be especially rewarding in a terrarium with other plants! This particular species (Utricularia blanchetii) is a terrestrial species native to Brazil that produces smaller leaves that create a ground cover. It is planted in Sphagnum moss. This clone of Utricularia blanchetii produces tons of white flowers with multi-colored centers that form a thick stand of blooms. All our plants are shipped potted and ready to grow to reduce stress. Only ONE available, though!
