For those who do not know how our pre-sales work, here is a quick description. We regularly place orders with for thousands of plants from suppliers all over the world. While the plants are on their way to us, and while they are settling in after potting them up, we offer them to our customers at a substantial savings...up to 50% OFF our regular prices. Order and pay for the plants in these Pre-Sale categories just like everything else on our web site...but cheaper! Then we will ship your plants to you once they have had a chance to settle in a bit. So while you may have to wait a short while for your order to arrive, we think the savings are well worth the wait; and they're POTTED AND READY TO GO! Some of the plants are also in VERY limited supply; so get them quick!
Please note that while we will be shipping these plants POTTED (as you have come to expect from PetFlyTrap.com!), many of the plants, and especially the Nepenthes, will be settling in nicely, but will have minimally developed root systems. This is normal for plants that are shipped to us bareroot, and a more substantial root system will continue to develop over time. We do not offer requests for refunds due to the plants having less developed root systems. The only way to verify the root structure is to remove the plant from the soil and pot, which can damage any new root growth that has begun since we received the plants!
Also, please be aware that if you place an order that has Pre-Sale and regularly-priced items combined, the entire order will ship when the Pre-Sale plants are shipped. We will not split-ship items from an order due to the increased costs of shipping two shipments instead of one. We also do not combine orders that are placed individually during the sales; we certainly don't want to get your order mixed up and send you the wrong items!!
