Vendor Fees for 10 x 10 space at the Texas Carnivorous Plant Show, Sale & Swap on Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Fees are for space only - vendor must supply table(s), chair(s), displays, etc. All vendor fees collected will be used to advertise/promote the event and/or used to help establish a Texas CP organization. IF YOU PLAN TO SELL ITEMS, YOU MUST PAY FOR A SPACE. If you have ever been a vendor at a similar event, you know that the fees are extremely reasonable...many shows charge over$1000 per space! Please note that while you are paying these fees on the PetFlytrap.com website, all collected fees are being used by the event organizers as shown above. We are a Vendor and paying the same fees as you are!
