Venus Flytrap 'Fondue' is about as weird as they get! From a distance, they are similar in appearance to the common flytrap; but when you look closer, you can see how misshaped the traps are. They literally look like molten or melted plastic! Not a good bug-catcher, but quite the conversation piece to the flytrap lover. Please note that on younger plants and even on older plants during spring, the traps can look more like your typical Venus Flytrap. Most of the summer and late-season traps on adult plants will show the 'molten' traps. In 'fondue' is French for molten! All our plants are shipped potted, so all you do is water and enjoy.
